Who we are
Metatron Security is the operator of metatronsecurity.com. This site provides product information and a contact channel for enterprise security teams. We are the data controller for any personal data submitted via this site.
What data we collect
Through the contact / request-access form: name, work email, company, role, and any free-text message you submit. Through normal site use: IP address, user agent, pages visited, and analytics events (only if you consent to analytics cookies).
How we use your data
To respond to your enquiry, qualify access to private demos and documentation, and improve product fit. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Who we share data with
Cloudflare (hosting + edge security), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent). All sub-processors operate under standard data-processing agreements.
Data retention
Contact submissions: up to 24 months unless an active commercial conversation extends that. Analytics: up to 14 months. Consent records: 13 months from consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and equivalent regimes you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@metatronsecurity.com — we respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our infrastructure providers operate globally. Transfers outside the UK / EEA rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Complaints
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
